Dawn on the Lake in St John

Miz Gabi and I were having a chat yesterday morning on the Lake in St John.  She was the one that actually took pictures.

Yes we were doing the "twinsies thing"....again.  Old L'abel prim and system outfit, TRUTH hair, and a Schadenfreude mesh hat.  I'm the one on the left, I can tell by the shoes.  I was wearing Ingenue Lily flats, I think she was in Fri.day flats.

Post 7th Rezday Musings

7 years in SL.  I think I figured out why I'm still in SL, and it's not just the shopping:

It's the people.  The friends, the acquaintances, the interesting people I've only talked to once.   The virtual fashion is fun, but it's MORE fun with people to talk to and hang out with or do things with.  So I want to thank all the people I've met over the years, oh so many people.  The friends I have made.  The People of Caledon, the Fashionistas, everyone. To the Friends that are gone from SL as well, you are missed.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.  I wouldn't be here without you.

And a shout out to Loken (on the left) and Gabi, who organized my rezday party.  Thank you ever so much, it was fun.  You also get to see the front of my awesome foofy gown from Vitabela Dubrovna's store, Boudoir!

Caledon long cool women in black dresses.

I was just playing around with the taksi video capture software one day. I then edited my video using avidemux on Linux on my PS3. Since taksi doesn't capture audio, I just added the song via ffmpeg to the final avi. Thats Her DJness Gabrielle Riel and me. And yes, that's the old Dazzle Paradoxe, and no, you can't have it.

The Royal Handfasting of Gabrielle Riel and Azul Draken

I attended the handfasting of Her Grace Gabrielle Riel of Caledon Carntaigh and Lady Azul Draken. Here's one of the pictures I took.



Her Grace Gabrielle Riel was wearing the Flora gown in white from Nicky Ree, and the Gibson Girl hair from Miriel Enfield. Lady Azul Draken was wearing the Lady Edwina ensemble also from Nicky Ree.

I am in the first pew on the far left in the burgundyish Evening Star gown from Adam n Eve, ETD Grand hair, and Fleur Vivant Laura skin.

The handfasting was probably the "grandest" event I've attended in Caledon and I am glad I was able to attend. My happyest wishes for the future to the happy couple, the Nightingale (Gabi) and the Dragon (Azul) Huzzah!
